However, our senior participants always have access to care. 🔄 🕜 Participants who call the PACE Center will be able to access our 24/7 Care Line for telehealth assistance. ❤️

This month, Fresno PACE celebrates its 10th anniversary! 🎉 In August 2014, we opened our doors in historic downtown Fresno to 21 seniors seeking an all-inclusive health care approach. Today, we serve over 1,200 seniors throughout Fresno County by providing medical care, social services, day center activities, transportation, physical therapy, personal care and home services, and more! Thank you to all of our valued senior participants, our staff who go above and beyond, our trusted providers, and our community partners who have been a part of the last 10 years! 💚 💛

Led by the Administration of Community Living, Older Americans Month recognizes the contributions of our older community members, highlights aging trends, and reaffirms commitments to serving the older adults in our communities.
