    DEIB Unlocks Creativity and Fuels Innovation. Diverse teams bring fresh perspectives, fuel creativity and innovation. DEIB are not merely trends but essential components of a successful business strategy. Research from the Boston Consulting Group reveals that companies with above-average management diversity report innovation revenue that is 19% higher than those with below-average diversity (45% vs. 26%). Plus, 80% of companies plan to maintain or increase their investment in DEI initiatives - 44% are expanding current efforts or developing new initiatives. Business leaders recognize that DEIB is integral to fostering innovation, enhancing talent retention, and securing long-term competitive advantage. According to the World Economic Forum’s Global Parity Alliance Report, global spending on DEI efforts is projected to nearly double, increasing from $7.5 billion in 2020 to $15.4 billion by 2026. As we move forward, it is imperative for organizations to leverage DEIB as a strategic priority. When it comes to our own DEIB efforts, our goal is not to reach completion – we recognize the work to be done is larger than ourselves. So, our intent is our superpower.
