An experienced operations manager skilled in leadership, team development, and process improvement, Pam brings a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and overseeing complex projects across education, finance, and compliance. In her new role, Pam will support a comprehensive, year-round program promoting best practices for face-to-face, volunteer-led fundraising across all areas of the Association's philanthropic efforts, including staff development. The Foothills Area YMCA is excited to announce the promotion of Jacob Holcombe to Associate Child Care Director, and the appointment of our new swim team Head Coach, Lindsey Little. Previously serving as a Camp Director at Camp Oconee, Jacob fostered a supportive and fun environment for kids while developing leadership and teamwork skills. In his new role, Jacob will join the Leadership Team, working alongside the Child Care Director to oversee sites and develop programs, promoting the center to expand its reach. He will continue to communicate the Y's mission, goals, and objectives to employees, volunteers, members, and the community at large in various public settings, creating positive impressions. Lindsey swam for the University of Illinois and resumed her coaching career in Kansas in 2015. She has coached for the Manhattan Marlins, Team Greenville, Greenville Splash Masters, and most recently served as the Head Coach of the Clemson Aquatic Team. With Y's mission of serving our youth, she will oversee training, develop workout plans, and provide guidance and support to our swimmers to enhance their performance and achieve their goals. Previously serving as Financial Coordinator, Mary Lee managed the Y’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to achieve financial goals. In her new role, Mary Lee will join the Senior Leadership Team, continuing to oversee financial matters while expanding her responsibilities to include investments, information technology, marketing, human resources, and overall business strategy. Formerly serving as Childcare Director and Fitness Director, respectively, Sarah and Sydney have demonstrated exceptional leadership, contributing to significant growth in their respective departments through their emphasis on staff development, program management, and organizational skills. In their new roles, Sarah will spearhead our Youth and Family Programs, overseeing After School Care, Summer Day Camp, Childwatch, Teen Leadership Programs, Membership, and Senior Programs.
