Those who know me can attest that I’m a passionate advocate for clinical trial sites, which are crucial in uncovering breakthroughs for patients. Despite their pivotal role in drug development, the needs of sites are often overlooked, making it more difficult for them to deliver impactful patient care. However, there are practical solutions that sponsors can adopt to enhance partnerships with sites and, in turn, improve the patient experience.
