We offer our clients a full range of plan design options from Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans to 401(k) Profit Sharing. Our service includes plan design consulting and illustrations, plan document customization and maintenance, ongoing compliance testing, distribution processing, year-end tax reporting, and audit assistance. At CRS we believe our highly trained staff, superior customer service, and innovative technology sets us apart from the competition. *Our offices in Cincinnati and New York are currently staffed with 12 ERPA (Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent) designees and ASPPA members to help you navigate an ever-changing legislative environment. *CRS has developed a Client Management System that allows our Plan Consultants to be highly efficient by tracking work flow, plan specifications, and distribution information. This database is now being used by more than 60 other TPA firms around the country. *Superior Customer Service is not just a catch phrase to us. CRS recently took part in a nationwide TPA customer satisfaction survey conducted by The Gregory Group out of Washington, DC. This survey measured the satisfaction of our clients in several categories including responsiveness of staff and timeliness of reports. In every category, CRS received a score well above the national average.
