Michele Jensen is an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Simon – a Colas USA subsidiary – and one of our 12 women recognized as a 2024 WE Colas Women of Influence. Michele's motivation comes from feeling a sense of accomplishment and thinking outside the box to see if there is a better way to accomplish the task. Before working at Simon, she had no knowledge of the industry, so she's been fascinated to see all the elements of road construction and how they work together to complete a project. Something interesting about Michele is that she shared the same birthday as her Great Grandmother and Aunt on her mother's side. That's a lot to celebrate!
