The evening focused on building relationships among colleagues and empowerment in the workplace, hearing remarks from CIFC’s CEO & CIO, Steve Vaccaro and Elizabeth Chow, former Head of Research and founding member of CIFC’s senior leadership team. CIFC fundraised for Susan G. Komen, an organization that for the past forty-two years, has been a driving force behind the unwavering quest for a future free from the grip of this deadly disease. The WaterFront Center’s mission is to connect people to the water through education and recreation. The WaterFront Center in Oyster Bay, NY, collaborated with CIFC Asset Management for an afternoon of team building where women across various departments of the firm learned how to sail. The goal of The Waterfront Center’s Women on the Water Program, is to bring women from the community together where they can experience sailing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

CIFC Asset Management and Asha Richards recently hosted students from the H.A.R.T.'s high school. This NYC school promotes high expectations through academic rigor, exposure to the arts, and a college bound culture. The CIFC team spent time, discussing their perspective on how to have a successful career in the financial industry.
