Taco history in the making 🌮 Earlier this year, Taco Bell petitioned the National Day Calendar to change #NationalTacoDay from October 4th to the first Tuesday of October so that the monumental occasion always falls on a #TacoTuesday. Introducing our new Pinzón cocktail, a specialty cocktail inspired by the elegant embroidered cap of the Clase Azul México San Luis Potosí bottle, named after the Spanish word for "finch." Crafted as a homage to The Last Word, this cocktail showcases the delicate and herbaceous character of mezcal, with a touch of light smoke. St. Germain enhances the floral notes, while Luxardo cherries bring a hint of wildflower sweetness. A subtle kick of green chile complements the mezcal's smoky undertones, and a thinly sliced red plum lace skewer serves as a striking garnish, paying tribute to the bottle’s vibrant color. #ClaseAzul #SanLuisPotosi
