The Embracing Abilities in the Workplace event, organized by Disability:IN Greater Atlanta, brought together advocates, corporate Employee Resource Group leadership, and nonprofit organizations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta for an evening filled with meaningful conversations, vibrant networking, and art appreciation. What is Mental Illness? A term used to refer to all mental disorders. The weeklong career exploration program for high schoolers with disabilities taught Jewel about respect, responsibility, and teamwork.
