As part of Global Diversity Month, we recently delivered a webinar focused on supporting loved ones, colleagues, parents, and children on their journey of gender and sexual identity. Employees from across the business had the opportunity to join Jenni Hill, a dedicated DE&I / LGBTQIA+ advocate and educator in the advertising industry, with over a decade of experience in human-centered thinking, writing, and speaking. Our global step challenge, Bally’s Race to the Ring, might be over, but we’re keeping the spirit alive all year long! 🏃♀️ From Skövde to New Jersey, our employees are embracing teamwork and making headlines! 📰 🏅 In Skövde, 25% of the staff joined the preparation sessions for a local relay race, which earned them a spot in the local newspaper. Their enthusiasm has led to plans for regular running sessions! 🏅 Meanwhile, in New Jersey, 10 colleagues ran a 5K for The Giants Foundation, crossing the finish line at the Giants end zone and celebrating for a great cause!
