John has over 30 years of multifamily maintenance experience. Over the last several years, he has been a Maintenance Director and Director of Capitol Projects. He looks forward to successfully building multifamily renovation projects on the East Coast as we grow and develop. Jordan Halter: Account Manager. Jordan is a driven Customer Service Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Jordan has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving revenue growth, and enhancing operational efficiency.  He's excited about the opportunity to bring his expertise to a new challenge and contribute to the success and growth of our organization. Rhyan Moran-Pedersen: Account Manager. Rhyan is a recent Virginia Tech graduate with a background in marketing and retail.
