Already we’ve witnessed a number of U.S. states make significant data privacy changes this year and coming into 2025, at least 10 other states will be setting new things in motion. Many of the laws share similarities but there are of course some key differences that vary from state to state. In MarTech, Constantine von Hoffman does a wonderful job of explaining each state’s laws, when they went/go into effect, and what marketers should even anticipate for the regions. Today is World Sight Day, a global observance dedicated to raising awareness about eye health, vision impairment, blindness, and promoting the importance of eye and vision care. The day is also a reminder of the need for regular eye exams, early treatment of eye conditions, and funding for accessible eye care to all. It is part of a global effort to eliminate preventable blindness and improve the quality of life for individuals with vision loss.
