It was a fantastic opportunity for fellowship, collaboration, learning, and strengthening our bond as a company. Working at 4Patriots has been an extremely rewarding experience from my very first day on the job. The support and communication from leadership, while still having the empowerment to advocate for our customers, is what sets this company apart from the rest. There is a true "We, not I" mindset incorporated into every aspect of the business. From Customer Advocates who speak directly with customers, to the Operations Team, to Ownership, it really does take a village to ensure our customers' needs are met with precision. As a new father with another child on the way, having the flexibility to work from home has been invaluable. The ability to spend more time with my family and avoid a daily commute makes for a perfect work/life balance. 4Patriots also offers many opportunities to learn, improve, and grow from within. In a slight pivot from what our normal Sales Department does, I have been given the opportunity to spearhead our bulk and wholesaling efforts. Let's hear all about Paul Norwine's 10-Year, 10-Day, $10,000 celebratory trip! "My name is Paul Norwine, and I serve as Chief Revenue Officer at 4Patriots. I’ve been with the company for over 10 years now, and I can honestly say that joining 4Patriots has been one of the most significant (and best) inflection points of my life. I’m incredibly grateful to the Balers and 4Patriots for the opportunity to experience the 10-10-10 trip, which took us to the Dominican Republic over the 4th of July. It was my three kids' first time out of the country, and the trip was as perfect as we could have hoped for. When asked to share a favorite memory from my time here, it's impossible to pick just one. The entire journey has been remarkable from the very beginning — marked by incredible highs and, of course, some epic challenges along the way — but I wouldn’t trade a single moment of it. Looking ahead, I’m most excited about the next phase of our growth. Over the past couple of years, we’ve embarked on a transformation, and I truly believe we’re only beginning to tap into what’s possible for 4Patriots."

I am immensely grateful to be part of a company that not only acknowledges achievements but also fosters growth and development. During my time at 4Patriots, I’ve earned my Six Sigma Green Belt and became a certified Process Improvement Specialist. I transitioned from Coordinator to Product Developer in 2022, and as of February 2024, I have taken on the role of Category Manager. As an insatiable student with a passion for development, I was thrilled to be selected for the LevelUp program. The program has helped me to recognize my strengths, as well as how to leverage my weaknesses, which has been invaluable in navigating and building out my newly created role. These insights and skills are crucial as I shape this unique position and drive its success. Plus, it has been a wonderful way to connect more deeply with colleagues across various departments.
