In my experience, one effective strategy is to involve end-users early in the testing process. By creating a continuous feedback loop, you not only gain valuable insights but also foster a sense of ownership among your users, which can lead to more innovative solutions. Another approach is to combine quantitative data with qualitative insights. Metrics can tell you what is going wrong, but understanding the "why" through user interviews or surveys can inspire creative solutions that go beyond just fixing problems. Lastly, collaborating with external partners or industry experts can bring fresh perspectives. Sometimes, an outside view can unlock innovative ideas that might not emerge within the confines of the internal team.

get positive and negative feedback from users and focus on issues they have found. Analyse, fix or evolve these features, and come back to the same users to make sure they are happy with changes. This creates a collaborative atmosphere with initial users where they feel their needs are carefully addressed and they are part of the product building. They naturally become ambassadors of our products. Continue listening to users and iterate on product features is a garanty to keep clients for years...

Technical difficulties are part and parcel of Product development. Some key steps you can take if you have hit roadblock- - involve more people be it internal stake holders or customers, - gather as much data as you can for analysis - know if this is a must have feature or good to have. If its a must have, what functionality is it blocking and if workaround is possible
