When managing a complex product roadmap, I focus on clear communication and getting everyone on the same page. It’s important that the whole team understands the end goal and how their work fits into the bigger picture. I also make sure to involve everyone in key decisions, so we get a variety of perspectives and keep everyone engaged. Regular check-ins help us stay aligned and catch any issues early. By creating an environment where all voices are heard, we can stay flexible while ensuring we're all moving in the same direction.

Based on my experience * Create markers at granular level, integration level, high priority level to check the product progress, to achieve all the milestones * Share your roadmap to different teams & cross functional teams involved in the project * Break the roadmap for each team involving their responsibilities, share it * Share their interdependencies with each other for better coordination * Keep brainstorming sessions for all of them to give clarity to the teams or individuals involve in these deliverables * Keep your all team members inspired & motivated. * Do regular team meetings, 1-1 review meetings with all the stakeholders about project progress, impediments & showstoppers * Create one team positive mindset for the deliverables.
