Draw from the principles of Change Management: 1. Create a shared need (why do we need to go green?) 2. Create a shared vision (what does going green look like? what's in it for us as an organization & each of us as individuals? what about our customer, our town, etc.? What about our marketing efforts? the perceptions of our customers? 3. Then and only then do you start "mobilizing resources"--doing things. For this kind of effort, you would probably drop into the PDCA cycle--but you'd be doing it knowing that your team is with you!

Meiner Ansicht nach gibt es keinen echten Mangel an Fachkräften. Mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung und vielseitigen Qualifikationen glaube ich nicht, dass der oft beschworene Fachkräftemangel tatsächlich existiert. Vielmehr sehe ich das Problem darin, dass die Anforderungen vieler Unternehmen immer spezifischer und oft überzogen sind. Anstatt auf die breite Palette an qualifizierten Fachkräften zuzugreifen, setzen sie auf enge, spezialisierte Profile, die schwer zu finden sind.
