Sharing personal expectations and risks creates a space of vulnerability and trust. As a leader, I emphasize transparency, ensuring everyone understands how their contributions fit into the bigger picture. These workshops remind us of our presence and importance within the team. This approach builds a resilient, cohesive team, capable of navigating complex projects with mutual support and trust.

Dar atenção aos skills dos profissionais e ouvir dos mesmos quais papéis gostariam de desempenhar e quais se sentiriam mais realizados, facilitará muito a decisão do job description de cada um e trará harmonia ao time.
