Communication plays a key role in any agenda! It can become a real propagator of good practices and positive impacts or a real channel of #green, #social, #bluewhasings. Knowing how to communicate effectively is a real art. It's knowing how to inform the organisation's stakeholders about information that is necessary, relevant, has an impact and is seen as a potential or actual risk to the business. It's communicating about a strategy that already exists or is being built. What I see a lot is that people don't know how or what to communicate. Many positive actions that exist within the organisation fail to be communicated at the right time and in the right way, causing damage and risks to the agenda itself and its effective development.
