To develop a consensus amongst the select project stakeholders, the project manager or owner, should first post conduct a project inception workshop with them to synthesise them about the project scope, milestones and expected impacts and most importantly their separate roles/ areas where their expert inputs will be required. Also workshops should be conducted during the project, one pre completion of milestone, to take their input and other post completed for dissemination purposes. By developing a stakeholder engagement plan and time to time engaging with stakeholders will ensure homogeneity amongst the stakeholders in relation to the project.
