To handle conflicting feedback, I first make sure to understand why each piece of feedback was given, then prioritize the feedback based on our project goals and it's impact on the collection. I communicate my design choices clearly and try to find common ground or compromises by testing prototypes to get objective insights. Finally, I document my decisions to be transparent and show that all feedback has been carefully considered.
