As a business owner it is important to know that change is a good thing. Sometimes when the scope of a project changes it is not always negative and you must show your stakeholders a clear path to the new change. By developing a plan that has key performance indicators as well as strategies to improve the process will allow stakeholders to make the best decision possible to support your changes. The more clear you can be in expressing changes in revenue, production, logistics and supply chain efficiencies your stakeholders will make their decision promptly and accurately.
