Sustainability is way to operate day to day operation by simply adding value and difference. in order to make team understand and adapt this way of working we need to have relative examples from same industry with impact of positivity to wards operations and even environment we are operating in.One should lead in a way that its example with practice for mates to observe and add in their routine as well.Purpose needs to be clear why we want to add such practices for existing operations and what outcome is expected.

I think that the key factor of success when you work on sustainability oriented practices, you have to be convinced on these practices, otherwise you will not walk the talk and your team will lose faith in your leadership. You have to commit the promise you adopted even when the short-term ROÍ looks not nice. Many projects start with best phrases regarding sustainability but when the negative ROI appears, then, the whole plan has to be killed and to continue as business as usual…#NoPlanetB
