Here are some tips that always work for me; _ Be organized, make sure you have a timeline and detailed plan for every project no matter how small it is. _ Prioritize the project based on size, time sensitivity, and how important are each. _ Make sure every project has a leader to hold accountable for milestones & KPIs, the leader needs to red flag any challenges. _ and finally, be realistic, make sure you have enough human & financial resources for your projects in order not to overwhelm the team with unrealistic expectations.
