Hands on! Especially with employees that don’t read or aren’t computer/smartphone savvy. It’s crucial as HR professional to guide our employees every step of the way and be of Resource for them. It’s also important to be patient with the employees and offer any resource available to make the process easy. A good professional will adequately organize time to create support groups for individuals with needs. During this time, collect feedback.

Here are my observations - to unlearn something you know is harder than learning something new. In today’s disruptive world, one doesn’t have a choice, but to constantly learn, have the curiosity to know about emerging technologies. AI transformation going to be - From AI to Generative AI to Artificial general intelligence or Adaptive AI. If AI is 2g - Generative AI is 4g - Artificial general intelligence will be 5g - Artificial super intelligence will be 6g. In few yrs, entire AI will be replaced by OI (organized intelligence) - the most emerging multi disciplinary intelligence. It’s going to exciting yet challenging for orgs to tailor made emerging technology related training programs and to witness desired yield in the future.
