In a world where we iterate and deliver through sprints. My view is that you must ship or deploy when you can. Last minute changes can be prioritised into the next sprint. Don’t hold up everything else for a last minute change. Delaying a deployment for a last minute change can have other issues. Iteration to perfection is better than deploying perfection.
