Stress is a self-inflicted wound, let's be clear on that first. How you handle difficulty, whether professional or not, is something you need to master over time. Some, unfortunately, never learn how to manage difficulty in their lives and it ends up stealing their joy. In any difficult relationship with my client, 9/10 it is due to poor communication, which I then work to correct so we can continue.

Pair up with a colleague for a “Stress Swap Day” to exchange client cases for fresh perspectives. Use humor by creating a “Stress Mascot” that represents the client’s triggers, and talk to it when feeling overwhelmed to break tension. Lastly, write a letter from your future self, imagining the situation resolved, to shift focus from stress to growth. This playful approach transforms stress into something constructive and manageable.

Challenges are part of a professional life. We have to deal with the client very calmly in which we need to identify the key aspects which are gonna be beneficial for both of us. By this strategy we can handle any critical and challenging client.

In my opinion - Challenge makes a person stronger. But it depends on what kind of mindset you have, if you are a scarcity mindset person then you will always complain or suffer but if you are an abundant mindset person then nothing can bother you. So be an abundant mindset person, I practice meditation and deep breathing, it makes you calm in every situation and gives you positive thoughts to handle everything easily.
