I create buckets and partition the feedback in those categories. Feedback is then seen as multidimensional. It is easiest done with labels. I keep the raw feedback (I'm thinking about free form responses), but I am able to label that it is a positive/negative experience, short/long term implication, ux/ui/content/etcetera type of feedback, ...

1. Track the source: How much of the feedback is from your target audience? How much is from outside your target groups? 2. Prioritise feedback from your target audience for quick action. 3. Feedback from outside your target groups can lead to two different paths - i) the possibility of adding to your target group, thereby expanding your market base; ii) the possibility of obtaining new perspectives or ideas - but this could also come from your original target group. 4.
