CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT. Hence it's very important to be agile to changing market trends and consumer preferences. For companies it is important to be ahead of the tide and equally important to inculcate right tactics and make sure it flows down to the last mile. In today's fast changing world where technology and consumer preferences change everyday, it is imperative to keep the teams on their toes which also means that they should train them to be situation ready and change gears as per need. It should start by taking feedbacks about new trends which they think are upcoming or questions to the team as to what they think will work. A collaborative approach reaching to the solution will work wonders for any organisation.
