No hay duda que para los diferentes propósitos que nos planteemos debe existir un norte claro, y la sostenibilidad no es la excepción. Incluso, podría decir que implica mucho mas necesidad con relación a otros propósitos, de visualizar el fin que se tiene en mente, pues la sostenibilidad es un proceso en construcción y no una receta exacta.

Creo que a muchos les sucede que no tienen oportunidad de armar sus equipos para iniciar proyectos de sostenibilidad, en mi caso, las acciones en relación a la sostenibilidad debemos articularlas con las diferentes operaciones que entregan los resultados. Es por esto, que la estrategia se vuelve en identificar las habilidades de los equipos de las diferentes operaciones, y asignar las tareas de acuerdo a sus habilidades y sus preferencias. Es muy importante puntualizar en las habilidades técnicas para resolver los problemas desde la ciencia. Adicionalmente, las capacidades humanas como la persuasión y el pensamiento critico, son muy relevantes.

When there are clear roles and responsibilities, an environment of trust, and strong communication, the team members are empowered and trusted to pursue the purpose. This is the most crucial step in fostering a high-performing team and achieve the goals, and for that, is important to clearly develop the 4 stages mentioned before.

Hay dos ejes importantes en este aspecto, una es evaluar el progreso de las acciones planteadas y la otra es evaluar es el progreso de la variable de sostenibilidad que se quiere impactar. En ambos casos, se requiere tener definido como se van a medir cada una. Transversal a esto, es muy relevante tener animado al equipo visualizando a donde queremos llegar, para que el trabajo de cada miembro del equipo sea con propósito.

Un buen plan de trabajo con objetivos claros, atravesados por un cronograma y su correspondiente check list y monitoreados por un buen follow up es la manera mas trasparente para la supervisión. Reuniones de equipo, despejar dudas y ajustar rumbo es clave para llegar a buen puerto.

Desde o meu ponto de vista, é necessário estabelecer desde o princípio objetivos específicos, mensuráveis, alcançáveis, relevantes e temporais (SMART). Além disso, devemos construir de forma conjunta as metas de curto, médio e longo prazo e responsabilizar todos os membros da equipe para que compreendam suas responsabilidades em contribuir para o alcance dos resultados mensuráveis do projeto.

Road maps and check points have always worked best for teams I have been a part of in the past. Having clear and defined goals from the start creates an expectation of the work that is required for success. While these are great tools also understanding that some steps may move at different paces is important. If a step is not completed by the check point we may need extra hands working to accomplish the goals. This is not a failure, instead this is a time to nail down the principle of quality above quantity.

It is essential to define and share a common and clear purpose, a realistic schedule, key performance indicators, and targets. This combined with periodic follow-up and support meetings fosters strong communication and ensures great connections between everyone. In the end, all these allow you to monitor and evaluate your team's performance since what is not measured, cannot be improved and the goals are dreams with a deadline.

Puedes buscar colaboradores que tengan experiencia en proyectos similares o que estén interesados en aprender y contribuir al proyecto, aqui es importante tener en cuenta la diversidad ya que un equipo diverso puede aportar diferentes perspectivas y enfoques a tu proyecto
