En mi experiencia, lo que ocurre es que tras conocer las necesidades de los interesados, algunas de ellas se encuentran sesgadas por "miedos" o "interpretaciones" propias de cada stakeholder. Lamentablemente, muchas veces no es posible hacer "cambiar" de punto de vista al interesado o alinearlo hasta un punto saludable en el que no detenga la acción. Las reuniones aclaratorias pueden ser una excelente forma de buscar un concenso, ya que en ellas se puede recordar el propósito y esto favorece los acuerdos. En casos críticos, sugiero hacer una especie de planning póker corporativo, para en función a argumentación de las partes, se pueda llegar a un concenso común para todos sobre la dirección de la innovación.
