At Kaufland Romania, our colleagues who are constantly involved in CSR campaigns and projects have become Ambassadors. We made videos with them and uploaded them on our Social Media pages to be inspirational role models for others and to praise their merits. Also, at every action, Kaufland volunteers can receive 2 extra days off work for their efforts and results.

Its all about collective efforts and individual responsibility....focussed on micro actions with larger purposes. Therefore each one's responsibility at individual n collective levels for contributions is important and equally in collective ownership of outcomes. Like in each one's life we keep learning so is the process here , a stepwise upward movement to acheive while we also learn new things by doing.... If we learn ,it motivates us to go to next levels of acheivement ....n the process n the journey becomes enjoyable..to contribute, share n learn..Resultant impact is visible in small changes being observed in our action n outcomes...

Anything and everything about Environment n Sustainability starts with Me and this should be core focus of campaign and what do i do towards giving back to mother earth. Its our personal n individual sensitivity towards the issue which paves the way to contribute back...so different platforms should be made to get associated. Some will contribute through their thoughts, thoughts would be converted into action , action will raise demands for both financial n human resources and many of such actions at micro levels will lead to good amount of outcomes.These many outcomes at micro levels lead to address some of the problems at macro level which will feed into meso level/global level, which can be monitored, measured n reported for inspiring
