I believe this kind of environment is organically developed over time. At Vicktorious, we’ve been diligently working with a team of amazing advocates to create such spaces. Initially, we started in social audio arenas, offering weekly sessions for comfortable discussions on challenges. These sessions provided positive feedback and actionable skills, helping participants feel acknowledged, recognized, and heard. We’re now creating community spaces where individuals can join live Zoom events and activities. While not everyone has access to the necessary tools, our long-term goal is to provide access to all who need it. This journey is a work in progress.
