Marketing objectives for boosted LinkedIn Page posts

When you boost a post from your LinkedIn Page, you can select varying marketing objectives to optimize the results. An objective will be recommended based on the post selected to boost.

This table lists the objectives available when boosting a post from your LinkedIn Page, and the corresponding objectives in Campaign Manager:

Drive traffic to your Page  Website visits Get more clicks on your post’s landing page. Post must include a URL.
Increase awareness of your post  Brand awareness Get more impressions for your post.
Increase engagement on your post  Engagement Get more clicks and social actions (such as likes, shares, comments, or follows) on your post.
Share your video post Video views Get more people to watch your video with video views. Post must include a video.
Increase awareness of your event Brand awareness Get more impressions on your event post. Post must include an event.
Collect quality leads  Lead Gen Forms LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms gives advertisers the ability to collect leads from their ads on LinkedIn. 

Here's a tip

If you create a campaign in Campaign Manager, you’ll have access to these additional objectives: website conversions, job applicants, and lead generation.
