Scott Roth

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Scott (he/him) sets the strategic vision, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures the ongoing business performance of the company. Prior to joining LegitScript, Scott was a CEO of Jama Software, a leading product development and risk management platform for companies building complex and highly regulated products. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Scott has held several leadership positions with high-growth SaaS, internet, and data companies such as Salesforce.com, ExactTarget, and Return Path. He is a committed volunteer in the Portland community and serves on the board of POIC + RAHS, an accredited alternative high school, youth mentoring, and job training organization.

Michal Conley

GENERAL MANAGER, CERTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS

Michal Conley (she/her) brings over a decade of experience driving regulatory compliance initiatives and operational excellence. In her current role, Michal oversees the strategy, performance, and delivery of the Certification business line. Her diverse background includes military service, research and investigation, business consulting, and social science, all of which provide her with a unique perspective in leading teams and driving solutions in fast-paced, high-risk industries.

Clay Moore

GENERAL MANAGER, PLATFORM MONITORING

Clay leads the Platform Monitoring product line, partnering with Trust & Safety teams at the world's leading search engine, social media, and e-commerce marketplaces to identify and remove illegal or risky ads and product listings. He brings more than 20 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions. Most recently, Clay served as VP of Customer Success for Jama Software where he led professional services, customer care, and technical account management.

Andy Vrabel

GENERAL MANAGER, PAYMENT ECOSYSTEM SOLUTIONS

Andy is responsible for ensuring the success of LegitScript’s payments-related products. As General Manager of Payment Ecosystem Solutions, he oversees the delivery of meaningful and actionable merchant risk intelligence to LegitScript’s clients, sets the strategic path for the Merchant Monitoring organization, and ensures the team of expert analysts and staff supporting the organization can deliver on LegitScript’s mission of making the internet and payment ecosystems safer and more transparent. Andy is continually focused on the innovation of data-driven and business-friendly solutions that help organizations proactively manage risk. He brings experience and expertise from a non-linear career path rooted in military service, technology, anti-financial crimes, risk management, and compliance. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in management and leadership. He is a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS).

Peter Bray

CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

Peter Bray is an AI practitioner with a keen interest in competitive intelligence and web change monitoring. As Chief Innovation Officer, Peter leads LegitNext, a group focused on applied rapid innovation to support LegitScript's monitoring solutions. Peter is also the founder of Fluxguard, LegitScript's AI-powered website change intelligence platform. As an entrepreneur with a passion for solving business problems using advanced technology, Peter has successfully launched many cross-functional and multi-region enterprise initiatives with forecasts and data explorations via explainable machine learning and natural language processing.

Matt Friedman

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

As Chief Revenue Officer, Matt leads LegitScript's global go-to-market strategy, including sales, account management, and partnerships. Matt is a recognized sales leader with a successful track record of building and running teams in the enterprise software space for over 20 years. Most recently he served as General Manager of Strategic Pursuits at Microsoft where he led a team in the development of key commercial partnerships. Prior to Microsoft, Matt held a variety of sales management and business development roles at IBM, Placeware, and Symantec.

Martin Day

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Drawing on his deep leadership experience with publicly traded, VC-backed, and PE-backed companies, Martin sets LegitScript’s financial direction in support of the company’s strategy. Prior to joining LegitScript, Martin has held executive positions with high-growth companies such as Janrain (acquired by Akamai Technologies), MotoSport.com (acquired by Liberty Interactive), and Digimarc Corp. Martin started his career with Ernst & Young in Silicon Valley and holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING

Karen supports and directs the growing Marketing team at LegitScript. With 20+ years in B2B Enterprise SaaS, she leverages her experience in sales, product marketing, strategic partnerships, and marketing to lead go-to-market strategy for LegitScript. Karen has held several leadership positions with high-growth SaaS companies such as Jama Software, CM Group, Salesforce, and ExactTarget. She and her team are passionate about helping professionals working in merchant risk & compliance and in trust & safety get the most value out of LegitScript.

Evan Smith

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Evan oversees LegitScript’s legal affairs, providing strategic guidance and advising on day-to-day operations. Prior to LegitScript, he spent several years in private practice as a litigator and worked at Providence Health & Services. Evan received his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College and his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Kristen Zervis

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE

Kristen leads LegitScript’s Talent & Culture function, focused on the employee experience, inclusivity, and genuine care. She has more than 17 years of human resources experience in a variety of functions. Prior to coming on board, Kristen was the Director of HR for US Retail at adidas and previously worked for First Tech Federal Credit Union. She has a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from the University of Portland.
