Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 to the Government of Wales Act 2006(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, as follows:
2006 c.32. Paragraph 19 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 provides that until the end of the initial period (as defined in section 161(5) of that Act) an Order in Council under paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 shall not be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.
