Section 11 (functions of the Executive) is amended as follows.

In subsection (5)—

in paragraph (a) after “functions” insert “other than its building functions”;

in paragraph (b) after “activities” insert “other than its building functions”.

In subsection (6)(b) at the end insert “or to its building functions.”
