Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.

In section 1, in subsection (3), the words “the freehold of it is owned by the person who owns the freehold of the relevant premises and” and, in subsection (7), the definition of “the freeholder”.

In section 3(1)(a), the words “and the freehold of the whole of the building or of that part of the building is owned by the same person”.

In section 10(6), the definition of “the freeholder”.

In section 11(4)(i), the words “as is mentioned in subsection (3)(c)”.

In section 13, in subsection (3)(a)(iii), the words “of the person who owns the freehold of the specified premises” and “by him” and subsections (4), (6) and (7).
