The charging contacts on the watch and the magnetic charging cable might be dirty. Clean them regularly.
The magnetic charging cable might not be properly attached. Align the watch's charging contacts with the cable's metal contacts until they are fully attached. The charging animation should appear on the screen.
Check the power source: ensure the power strip is on, the USB port is functioning, or the power adapter is not faulty. 6.If none of these solutions work, the watch might be faulty. Please contact customer service.
How long does it take to fully charge the watch?
It typically takes 2.5-3 hours to fully charge the watch.
How can I improve the watch's battery life?
Ensure the watch firmware is up to date. Then:
Enable "Scheduled On/Off" in the app's [More] section.
Set the location mode to "Power Saving Mode" in the app's [Location] section by clicking the top right "..." and selecting [Location Mode Settings].
Enable "Reserve Battery" in the app's [More] section.
How do I set the correct date and time on the watch?
The watch will automatically sync the time from the server once a SIM card is inserted. Alternatively, after binding the watch to the app, you can manually set the time zone in the app settings.
Why doesn't the watch ring for incoming calls? Why is there no sound?
Check the volume settings on the watch under [More] - [Settings] - [Volume Settings] to ensure the volume is not too low and that the silent mode is not enabled.
If there is no sound during calls, the watch might be faulty.

The watch is water-resistant for daily activities like washing hands but is not suitable for swimming, diving, or activities involving high-speed water flow or submersion below diving depths.
Why does the watch display a high-temperature warning?
The watch will display a high-temperature warning when the NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) sensor detects that the battery temperature exceeds the set threshold.
NTC detection standards:
Charging state: 50°C triggers a high-temperature warning and stops charging. Charging resumes at 45°C, and the warning closes automatically. At 55°C, the device will shut down.
Non-charging state: 45°C triggers a high-temperature warning, and the warning closes at ≤42°C.
Why does the watch sometimes get hot?
Reasons for heating include:
The 4G network supports fast data transmission, which generates more heat.
The watch uses an Android-based system that requires powerful hardware, leading to heat generation.
The small size of the watch limits heat dissipation, causing noticeable warmth.
Video chatting increases the likelihood of heating.
4G-VoLTE high-definition calls consume more power and generate more heat compared to traditional voice calls.
Fast charging generates heat, which is common for all electronic devices.
