By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Sports is the promoter of this prize draw.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

A VIP shopping experience with Chunkz (the “VIP Experience”) for the winner and one (1) companion at one of the below JD Sports stores:

the “Participating Stores” or “Participating Store”

The VIP Experience includes:

• two (2) £1000 JD Group gift cards (one (1) for the winner and one (1) for their companion); and

• private access to the chosen Participating Store for the winner and their companion, for a true VIP experience.

the “Prize”

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable or resalable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). If the winner resides in Ireland, the prize value (two (2) £1000 gift cards) will be the equivalent in euros (based on the exchange rate on the day the winner is selected). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace). JD Sports reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. Travel to and from the Participating Store for the VIP Experience is not included in the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be;

• aged 18 years or over;

• a resident of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or Ireland; and

• able to travel to a Participating Store (date and time to be decided by JD Sports).

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

• making a purchase (no minimum purchase requirement) from a JD Sports store excluding Airport stores, in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland between 29 February 2024 from 00:01am (UK time) to 17 March 2024 at 23:59pm (UK time) (the “Qualifying Purchase”);

• scanning the QR code on the physical receipt received when making a Qualifying Purchase which will direct entrants to the prize draw microsite; and

• completing the questions on the prize draw microsite and submitting their entry.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times

The prize draw will commence at 00:01am (UK time) on 29 February 2024 and will end at 23:59pm (UK time) on 17 March 2024. Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How are winners selected?

All entrants who have made a valid entry following the How to enter steps above will be entered into an electronic random name generator that will select a winner at random. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themself). The winner will be notified via email that they have won and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within four (4) days of being notified. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within four (4) days, despite JD Sports’ reasonable efforts to contact them, JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize.

7. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including, but not limited to, travel to and from the Participating Store/VIP Experience and the cost of the Qualifying Purchase; (ii) make a Qualifying Purchase from a JD Sports store and complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details and valid proof of age; (iv) adhere to local laws in England and Wales; and(v) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser.

JD Sports will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Personal information

By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes, you agree that you will receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates). JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports (and its affiliates) and to administer the promotion. We may also use your personal data to tell you about JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. 9. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. Which law applies to this promotion?

This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
