Summer 2024 marks 25 years since the Supreme Court Decision Olmstead v. L.C. This decision, recognized under Title 2 of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, states that people with disabilities have a right to get services and support in their communities.
