Evaluation of Permanent Supportive Housing in Minnesota
Working with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MN Housing), we conducted an evaluation of its permanent supportive housing (PSH) portfolio, looking at characteristics of the properties, supportive services providers, and tenants - and identifying factors associated with successful outcomes. North Carolina Olmstead Plan
In 2020, HSRI assisted its longtime partner the Technical Assistance Collaborative with a project with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. TAC and HSRI assessed the state’s system of services and supports for people disabilities and made recommendations for the state’s plan to provide care in the most integrated settings as required under the Supreme Court’s landmark Olmstead decision. Louisiana Behavioral Health Needs Assessment
HSRI is working with Louisiana's Office of Behavioral Health and the Technical Assistance Collaborative to fulfill the requirements of a consent agreement the State reached with the United States Department of Justice. North Central Wisconsin Behavioral Health System Planning
Working with Wisconsin nonprofit North Central Health Care, and conducting extensive community research, we’re assessing the level of need for behavioral health services in Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade Counties. We’re also examining the assets and limitations of the current system with the goal of ensuring the region has the necessary components for a full continuum of care and high-quality behavioral health crisis services.
