1 Hours of operation for remote support are 6AM-8PM (MST) Monday to Friday and 7AM-6PM (MST) Saturday and Sunday.
2 If the problem cannot be resolved remotely during technical phone support HP will replace the failed product with a new or equivalent-to-new product free of major cosmetic defects.
3 Call must be received before 2:30pm Central Standard time, Monday- Friday to activate an exchange service with next business day delivery for eligible geographic locations in the U.S. HP Holidays may delay the delivery. The replacement product will be shipped overnight via airfreight carrier to the customer’s location at HP’s expense.
