Minot Air Force Base Helicopter Facility
On Tuesday, August 15, Senator John Hoeven, along with General Thomas Bussiere, Commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, and Major General Mike Lutton, Commander, Twentieth Air Force and former Commander of Minot’s 91st Missile Wing, will help break ground on the new helicopter facility at the Minot Air Force Base. As a member of the Senate Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Committee, Hoeven worked to secure nearly $140 million for the facility, which will house the new MH-139 Grey Wolf helicopters, the 54th Helicopter Squadron and the 91st Security Forces Group tactical response force.
