Heart of America Hospital Groundbreaking

On Tuesday, November 1, Senator John Hoeven will help break ground on the Heart of America hospital, clinic and long-term care facility in Rugby. The senator recently helped secure $55 million in U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans to support construction of the new facility.
