Cass County Housing Authority “Demo Day”

On Tuesday, November 26, Senator Hoeven will mark a demolition and groundbreaking for the development of new affordable senior housing facilities in West Fargo. The project will replace 60 units of 1960s-era public housing and is supported by more than $2.5 million in federal funding, which was used to leverage $15.5 million in private investment. As a member of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, Hoeven has worked to advance programs that supported the project’s construction and will help ensure the property remains affordable for residents.
