Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association is awarded $500 grand prize for sharing how GrowthZone software has helped make an impact.
NISSWA, MN – September 12, 2022 – GrowthZone, provider of association management software, named the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association in Greensboro, North Carolina, its 2022 Real Estate Association Success Competition winner.
In its first year, GrowthZone’s Real Estate Association Success Competition asked real estate associations that use the GrowthZone solution to share how they have benefited from using GrowthZone software to increase revenue, streamline processes, save money, manage events, and/or grow member value.
Peter Johnston, Chief Operating Officer at the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association shared how the GrowthZone Real Estate Edition has helped streamline processes, improve member engagement, and more within the organization which supports over 3,000 members.
“We elected to utilize the Marketing Automation Module to create a multi-step email campaign that would cover a member’s first year of membership. We kicked off this new workflow on Jan. 1st of this year and to date still have 93% of our new members in the workflow,” Johnston’s entry reads. “While we are less than 1 year into the program, this has been an excellent response based on early results.”
“This competition is about celebrating and showcasing our GrowthZone Real Estate Edition software users,” said John Cook, Senior VP of Marketing at GrowthZone. “We hope other real estate associations will learn from the successes of their peer organizations, like the Greensboro Regional REALTORS Association, and in turn improve their member value, increase productivity, and boost revenue.”

Our application process was a major pain point,” Johnston states. “By moving to the online applications offered through the GrowthZone Member Module, we have streamlined our processes and cut processing time down to, in some cases, less than 1 business day!”
Entries were judged on the impact on the association, value to members, creativity, and replicability for other software users. The entry period for the 2022 GrowthZone Chamber Success Competition was August 1 – August 19, 2022.
