Now, more than ever, It’s important for association and chamber members to feel valued. So, it’s critical to membership organizations and non-profits to reinforce their value.

Tactfully managing association and chamber of commerce membership renewals in crisis situations is challenging, but not something to be ignored.

We’ve shared the first of two templates for member renewal letters to help community organizations and non-profits navigate renewals in times of crisis,

I recently asked myself this question:

“How can I ask our members to renew their membership when the COVID-19 outbreak has all but devastated our economy?”

My answer?

“How can I not ask?”
