Each year as we plan for the upcoming year, our focus is on how we can best serve associations and chambers of commerce and improve on the year before. There is never a year that goes exactly according to plan, and this year was no exception. But sometimes when things don’t go as planned, the results are positive. Here are two quick examples.
New Headquarters
For instance, at the start of 2019, we certainly weren’t planning on moving offices. However, an opportunity arose that allowed us to relocate to a larger, cutting-edge facility, just a stone’s throw from our previous location. It is full of natural light, and features reclaimed wood desks, a game room, modern decorative accents, all in an incredible setting.
The move has resulted in increased communication between groups, due to the facility’s state-of-the-art meeting rooms and open floor plan. We even hosted our summer picnic in the office “backyard,” complete with a dunk tank, games for the kids, and an amazing, catered barbecue. Check out our Instagram page for photos.
The Engagement Team
We also updated our original plan by forming an Engagement Team. The team is dedicated to working with existing clients to ensure they are leveraging the full power of their software. The team is off to a great start, and we’ve had positive customer feedback so far.
A Focus on Our Users
As we look ahead toward 2020, our vision is to focus on you, our customers.
We are in the middle of a series of IT upgrades to improve our product uptime, performance, processes, and accountability.
We’re pleased with the progress of both of our software platforms. A series of feature enhancements are in development that will make our customer’s lives better in dozens of areas, including a better experience to members around tiered dues and bundled benefits.
We continue to look forward, building products that lead associations and chambers of commerce to success.
