SERVICES & EQUIPMENT
Each member of our Special Events Department team is trained to assist you in planning each and every aspect of your event, whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, reunion or business meeting. We strive to be the best event space Memphis has to offer.
Check out our variety of group facilities and view a list of some of the services we offer below.
DECORATIONS
We have several large custom designed buffet pieces available for rent as well as a variety of pre-fabricated smaller designs suitable for dinner rounds and/or cabaret tables. If you prefer, we will also commission custom or floral pieces to specifically complement your event. Specialty linens are a great way to set the tone for your event. Decorations are flexible–we try to ensure that the room looks just the way you want it. Talk with your Special Events facilitator to explore your options and select the décor that’s right for your event.
MERCHANDISE
We are always happy to make our gift shops available to guests attending after-hours Special Events. For those group events where an official keepsake from your event for each guest is desired, we can work with you based on your ideas and budget. You might consider a souvenir "photo with Elvis" or choose Elvis Bucks and let your guests make their own choice. Please discuss these options with your Special Events facilitator.
A/V EQUIPMENT
Graceland has an extensive inventory of A/V equipment available for rent; and, if you wish, we can provide an on-site technician for an additional charge.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We can arrange a photographer for corporate events, for candid "roving-eye" type shots, weddings and receptions.
SPECIALTY ITEMS
Our Special Events Staff will also be happy to coordinate the ordering/rental of fine china, crystal, linens, chair covers, ice sculptures, cakes, or any other item you think would add to the success of your event. Learn about our catering options, which include dinnerware and other equipment.
SERVICES
Other services and resources such as valet parking or extra security on the property can also be arranged.
GENERAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- Video recording is not allowed in any of the attractions or gift shops.
- Still camera photography is allowed; however, flash photography is prohibited.
- We must ask that no food or drink be taken aboard the shuttles.
