All gift shops, restaurants, visitor facilities and exhibits at Elvis Presley's Memphis and the Graceland Exhibition Center are fully wheelchair accessible. The mansion tour is wheelchair accessible except for two rooms in the basement. The airplanes tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Graceland does not provide wheelchairs for general guest use. It is highly recommended that guests needing wheelchair access either bring their own wheelchair for touring or make arrangements for rental of a wheelchair with one of the following companies: Medical Mobility: 901-683-3543 or Access Medical: 901-767-5400. 

Graceland has mansion tour shuttles equipped with a wheelchair lift. Graceland may transport a guest in their own wheelchair as long as they may be properly secured. Guests using any other equipment that can not be secured properly will be asked to sit in a seat on the shuttle during transport to the mansion grounds.

Our iPad tour features captions for our deaf/hard-of-hearing  guests. Guests with other special needs are invited to call ahead to make arrangements.

Graceland offers four exciting and unique event venues that are sure to be the perfect place for your corporate event, private rehearsal dinner or special celebration. Private evening tours of the mansion and other attractions can also be included as part of your special event.

If you are unable to tour on your scheduled tour date for any reason, you can make changes to your tickets prior to 5:00 PM CT the day before your scheduled tour. Rescheduled tour date must be within one year of originally scheduled tour. The full value of your original tour ticket will be applied towards your rescheduled tour ticket of equal or greater value. Tickets are non-refundable.

The Graceland Tour Associates are available throughout the tour to answer any questions. No bags (including camera bags, backpacks, shopping bags, briefcases or luggage items) will be allowed on the tour. Any other items carried on tour will be searched. Graceland provides lockers for guests who do not wish to leave these items in their vehicle. Assistance is available at the Guest Services desk.

For the comfort and health of our guests and staff, and to protect our exhibits and facilities from damage, smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas of Elvis Presley's Memphis and Graceland Exhibition Center. Smoking is prohibited on all Graceland shuttles and is prohibited everywhere on the Graceland Mansion property.

Guests may take photographs with a regular still or digital cameras in all areas of the Graceland campus, inside and out, including the mansion property. However, flashes of any kind are not allowed inside the mansion or inside any museums or attractions. Flashes are disruptive to tours and, over time, with millions of visitors, would damage costumes, artwork and other irreplaceable items. Tripods may not be used on the tours as they present a safety hazard for guests walking by.

Due to the need for copyright protection, the use of video cameras, movie cameras, and tape recorders is prohibited inside any of the museums, attractions and shops in Elvis Presley's Memphis and the Graceland Exhibition Center. The use of such equipment is allowed only outdoors at Elvis Presley's Memphis and the Graceland Exhibition Center. Such equipment is not permitted on the Graceland Mansion grounds. Graceland provides lockers for guests who do not wish to leave this equipment in their vehicle. Assistance is available at the Guest Services desk.

All photography made at Graceland by guests is to be for private use only. Any commercial use or public exhibition of such material must be cleared with the corporate office in writing in advance.

All media access for still or video photography, recording, broadcasting, interviewing, etc. must be arranged in advance through the corporate office. Graceland welcomes interest from the news media and is as accommodating as possible. If you are interested in discussing a project, please fill out the Media Request Form and email a copy to [email protected] or fax to 901-344-3119.

Media Inquiries

The following refund/exchange policy applies to all retail stores located at Graceland, The Guest House at Graceland and the Graceland RV Campground:

• Refunds or exchanges can only be for purchases made in the Graceland, The Guest House at Graceland or Graceland RV Campground retail Stores.
• All refunds or exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging & accessories.
• Refunds cannot be made for the following if they have been opened: CDs, DVDs, watches and jewelry.
• Refunds can only be made with the original receipt and will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Credit card purchases will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Purchases made with cash/traveler’s checks will be refunded in cash.
• Returns without the original receipt can only be for in-store merchandise.

Only service animals are allowed on the Graceland campus. Please notify Graceland upon arrival if you plan to use a service animal during your visit. Out of respect for the property and our other guests, service animal owners are expected to dispose of any waste created by their animal in a timely manner.

Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Desk inside the Ticket Office at Elvis Presley's Memphis. Check on items by calling 901-332-3322 and ask for Guest Services.

For the Graceland Mansion Tour, strollers must be folded up when riding the shuttle to and from the mansion. Strollers are also not allowed inside Graceland Mansion due to space issues. Strollers may be picked up on the carport after you exit Graceland Mansion to be used on the rest of the property. Strollers may be used throughout Elvis Presley's Memphis. Graceland does not have strollers available for use; guest must bring their own personal stroller.
